Acquisition holding company · Atlanta, Georgia

Fourth Ward Holdings

I'm acquiring one operating business in metro Atlanta and holding it for the long term. Not a fund and not a flip. One company, bought once, run well, and owned for a decade or more.

What I'm looking for

Revenue
$5M to $20M
EBITDA
$1M to $2M
Customers
Commercial or institutional, not consumer
Revenue quality
Recurring or contracted preferred
Management
A team in place, or a role a hired manager can fill
Geography
Metro Atlanta
Real estate
Open to buying the property alongside the business
Hold period
10 to 15 years, likely longer

Sectors

  • Commercial security
  • Building automation
  • Grounds and facility services
  • Industrial cleaning
  • Fleet maintenance
  • B2B distribution

That list is directional, not a filter. Any sector works if the revenue is good, the customers are solid, there's room to grow, and it doesn't require a license I don't hold. Restaurants, bars and food service are the one hard exclusion.

How I transact

Up to $1M of personal equity, SBA 7(a) debt, and a seller note. I hold a lender prequalification letter and can share it, along with proof of funds, on request.

I target closing 60 to 90 days from a signed LOI. I'll sign an NDA the day I receive it, so nothing needs to wait on a round of questions first.

Who's behind it

I'm Kishore Eechambadi. I've spent my career in strategy and finance, including at McKinsey and in asset management, and I've been an active investor across venture, private credit and public markets.

Fourth Ward Holdings is how I'm buying one business and holding it for the long term.
